THE STORY

A wearable tribute to "El Sol"—one of the beloved cards in Mexican lotería, brought to life as a true statement piece. Crafted in shimmering gold metallic leather, the starburst silhouette features an engraved sun face with delicate detailing across the brow, lashes, and lips. A delicate gold chain strap lets you wear it crossbody, while the contrast zipper opens to reveal a soft suede interior sized for your evening essentials. More than an accessory, it's a conversation piece made to be noticed.

ABOUT THE BRAND

CARLOTA — Guadalajara, Mexico

Founded by siblings Gerardo and Daniela, CARLOTA is named after their grandmother, Carlota Camacho Hall — a recognized painter in 1800s Mexico whose artistic spirit lives on in every piece they create. Each leather bag is handcrafted in Guadalajara, drawing from the colors, landscapes, and folklore of Mexican tradition. To own a CARLOTA piece is to become part of that journey — a celebration of family, art, and the cultural richness of Mexico in every stitch.
