Exchange & Return Policy
If your order did not work out, we are happy to assist with an exchange or return for store credit via an in-store gift card. Please note we do not offer refunds!
Exchanges are eligible within 15 days from delivery--request must be made within this window. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order within 3 days of delivery and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if there is an error in your order.
The following items are NOT eligible for exchange/return:
- Custom items
- Made-to-order items
- Clearance or closeout items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
To start the process, please fill out this exchange/return form. If your request is accepted, you will receive a shipping label via e-mail. All items must be dropped off at your nearest USPS office within 7 business days of receiving a return label. A processing fee of $10 ($20 for international orders) is required.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- No exchanges/returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery. Requests will be honored based on date of inquiry. If you are unable to meet this suspense, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
- Damages and manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it will not be approved.
- Store credit will be issued via gift card and will be processed once the item has been returned.
- Custom-made, special edition, clearance, personalized, or any item that is marked non-returnable or final sale are NOT returnable.
