Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to submit a request for an exchange. Pre-ordered items like the bridal gowns cannot be exchanged or returned.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@cadenacollective.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.  Please note customer will be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged Product 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within five days. If the item is damaged or defective please send photos to info@cadenacollective.com so we can evaluate and better assist you.

Depending on the type of damage you may be eligible for coverage. If in doubt, do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Refunds
