EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • Custom items (i.e. bridal designs)
  • Made-to-order items (i.e. 14k gold jewelry)
  • Clearance or archive sale items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • International sales

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. Please inspect your order within 3 days of delivery and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, or defective, or if there is an error in your order.

To start the process, please fill out this exchange/return form and allow 3 business days for a response. If your request is accepted, you will receive a shipping label via email. All items must be dropped off at your nearest USPS office within 7 business days of receiving a return label. A restock and processing fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery. Requests will be honored based on the date of inquiry. If you are unable to meet this suspense, please reach out to us at service@cadenacollective.com.
  • Damages and manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery. 
  • The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it will NOT be approved.
  • Store credit or refunds will be processed once the item has been returned.
  • The refund will be processed according to your bank institution and takes about 3-5 business days to appear back in your account.
  • Custom-made, special edition, clearance, personalized, or any item that is marked non-returnable or final sale are NOT eligible.

Store credit is issued via gift card once we receive the item and conduct quality control. The amount will reflect a $10 processing and re-stocking fee. Once store credit is issued is it available for immediate use. Customer will have one year from date issued to use the store credit before it expires.
