Using traditional backstrap loom techniques, each flower and motif is carefully drawn and embroidered with the fill stitch technique, showcasing the artistry and skill passed down through generations.

With every stitch, a story unfolds. It's a testament to the dedication and expertise of the artisans of Zinacantán, where embroidery is not just a craft but a way of life. Each piece of embroidery takes 4 to 5 hours for every 20 centimeters, with every flower drawn by hand, resulting in a truly unique and breathtaking work of art. The striking contrast of black embroidery against ivory cotton cloth creates a visually stunning effect, adding a touch of sophistication to any outfit. Born and raised in Morelia, Michoacán, Nayibi Villareal has always been drawn to the vibrant tapestry of Mexican culture and artistry. Her journey into the world of fashion began with her studies at the Universidad del Valle de México, Zapopan Campus, where she honed her skills in fashion design. Eager to delve deeper into the rich heritage of her homeland, she furthered her education at the esteemed INNARDI Institute of Higher Studies.

Inspired by the diverse landscapes, traditions, and craftsmanship of México, Nayibi Villareal's designs reflect a seamless fusion of contemporary flair and traditional elegance.     All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note this does NOT apply to made-to-order items and pre-orders). Once shipped you will receive another notification with tracking details; please allow 24 hours for the tracking to reflect transit details. 

    Note that special holidays result in high volume of packages and subsequent delays may occur.

    Please note that due to the intricate craftsmanship involved, the production and delivery of this item may take approximately 4-6 months. However, we understand that sometimes you need your dress sooner. If your event is within the next 2-month window, we can expedite your order, but we require immediate notification. Please don't hesitate to contact us to inquire about availability. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and provide you with the perfect piece in a timely manner.

    When your order is ready your item will be shipped via Priority Mail.

    We understand that things don't always go according to plan, and when they don't, we're here to help. We stand behind the products we offer, and if something doesn’t work out, we’re committed to making it right! Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience possible.

    Order Cancellations: 
    Please note, we are unable to accept order cancellations beyond 24 hours from the time of purchase.

    Exchanges & Returns: 
    If your order didn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery. You can choose one of the following options for your return:

    1. Exchange
    2. Store Credit
    3. Refund

    Important Information:

    • Exchanges and returns are available only for orders placed within the United States.
    • The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery, and we will honor the date of your initial contact. So, no need to worry if you don't hear from us right away within that time frame.
    • A restock and processing fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

    The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or return:

    To qualify for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
    2. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 3 days if the item is damaged, defective, or if there is an error with your order.
