    • PLEASE NOTE: Because of the artisanal process, designs may vary slightly, making your garment one-of-a-kind.     WHAT TO EXPECT

    We understand that ordering such a crucial component of your special day online can be nerve-wracking. However, rest assured, we'll be with you every step of the way. Once you've placed your order, here's what you can expect next:


    1. Place your order for a dress without needing to specify a size. This design is available in sizes XS-4XL.
    2. Our team will email you within 3 business days after you place your order with a detailed measurement form to complete. This form helps the Nayibi design team gather precise sizing information. If extensive custom work is needed, additional fees will apply, determined at the designer's discretion.
    3. Once we receive your measurements, we'll submit them to the Nayibi team, and production will begin.
    4. Once your item is complete, we'll ship it promptly, and you will receive automatic email notifications with tracking details to keep you informed every step of the way.
    5. Upon receiving your order, you'll have 24 hours to carefully inspect your garment: zippers, embellishments, and other details, as well as try on the dress. If you find a defect during this period, we'll promptly repair it at no additional cost. At Nayibi Mexico, we thoroughly inspect each dress before shipment to help prevent this. To follow our policy, please report any defects within 24 hours of delivery.

    PLEASE NOTE: This is a custom-made dress and is FINAL SALE. We will help with any questions about sizing and measurements; however, we cannot make adjustments once you submit your final measurements to produce your dress.

Her journey into fashion began with her studies at the Universidad del Valle de México, Zapopan Campus, where she honed her fashion design skills. Eager to delve deeper into her homeland's rich heritage, she furthered her education at the esteemed INNARDI Institute of Higher Studies.

    The website showed the dress being much more white than the one that I received. My wedding is 2 1/2 months away, and I don’t think I have enough time to return this one to have it redone. I’m very disappointed in Cadena , not only just they shop my dress late, but they seem to have made the dress a lot more tan than it is ivory. Because of this, Cadena designers were so very kind to give me a refund for this. Although their designs are absolutely beautiful (both wedding and non-wedding items), the dresses weren't a fit for what I was looking for. I know other brides out there would love Cadena designs and would feel very comfortable in their dresses as they're tailor made for your body.

    I wrote a review before, but I finally got my wedding photos back, so I wanted to add to my previous review. This was the PERFECT purchase. I am half Mexican, and I grew up in Mexico. It was very important for my wedding dress to reflect my culture. I could not have picked a more perfect dress than this one. I LOVED IT! It fit perfect. I didn't need any alterations. I can't recommend Cadena Collective enough!

    My wedding guests and I adored this custom dress! The ordering experience and delivery were seamless. I contacted customer service for the invoice, got professionally measured by a local tailor, and received the dress in under two months. It came out better than I would ever expect! The fit was precise, and the design was gorgeous. I received the compliments all night. I am very happy with everything! Now, the issue is with cleaning. The dry cleaning places do not want to take it because of the handwork on this dress - I have to try to clean it by hand.
